Be it enacted by the Council as follows:

Section 1. Subdivision l of section 17-315 of the administrative code of the city of New York is amended to read as follows:
l. Food vendors shall be prohibited from vending on the following streets at the following days and times:
BOROUGH OF MANHATTAN
